Ingredients
200g red lentils
1 red pepper, sliced
100g Cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg, beaten
2 x 15ml spoon plain yogurt
small bunch parsley, chopped
black pepper

Saucepan, weighing scales, non-stick baking dish, knife, chopping
board, grater, measuring spoons, bowl, spoon.

Method
1. Boil the lentils until cooked, about 15 minutes.

2. Drain the lentils.
